The trip itself was excellent but queues were crazy. Definitely buy tickets in advance which gets you in a bit quicker, but depending on the time of day, be prepared to queue for 2+ hours :-(

Teleférico de Monserrate is a cable car located at the base of Monserrate, Bogotá. The journey takes four minutes to complete, starting from the bottom of the Eastern Hills to the mountain top, which is 3,152 meters above sea level. At the peak, visitors will find the Monserrate Monastery and its most important relic, El Señor Caído (The Fallen Lord).
