Treffpunkt fast unmöglich zu finden, zumal der Guide sich auch durch nichts bemerkbar machte. Wir dachten am Anfang der Treffpunkt wäre vor einem Restaurant, da dies durch einen roten Pfeil gekennzeichnet war, und irrten sinnlos 40‘ hin und her. Wir fragten im Ticketbüro und im Tourist Office nach „Tiqets“ - niemand kannte diese Firma!! Am Ende wurde uns gesagt, es seien wahrscheinlich Fake-Tickets. Ich wollte mich telefonisch und per e-Mail an Ihre ServiceStelle wenden, bekam aber keine Antwort. Wir sind vor dem Alcazar von Gruppe zu Gruppe und von Guide zu Guide gegangen und haben dann per Zufall einen entdeckt, der eine Namensliste abhakte. Im letzten Moment konnten wir unsere Namen nennen und mit der Gruppe mitgehen. Hätte der Zufall nicht mitgespielt, wäre unser Ticket verfallen!! Bitte, geben Sie in Hinkunft den genauen Treffpunkt an bzw. der Guide sollte ein sichtbares Kennzeichen (farbiges Tuch oder Schirm) tragen.
