It was easy to buy the tickets online & find the booth at which to retrieve the tickets. The actual cruise was very good. The commentary in 3 languages was a bit ahead of the landmark it was...

The commentary in 3 languages was a bit ahead of the landmark it was talking about. The organisation of getting people on the boat could have been better. We were glad we did it.
