The pick uo time on the app is incorrect. Also we didnt get a confirmation email from the tour operator. Even though the app contacted us about the people foing on the trip.

Phillip Island Nature Parks is a wildlife conservation area located on Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia. Opened in 1996, the park is owned by the Victorian State Government, however, it's a self-funding commercial attraction for the purpose of animal conservation and research. The park's Penguin Parade section is the only commercial venue in Victoria where you can see penguins in their natural environment.
