Terrible

We arrived at 4:50 PM due to traffic on the highway from Ghent. The door was locked even though it closed at 5:30 PM, and no one answered the intercom. Unfortunately, we purchased the tickets...

We arrived at 4:50 PM due to traffic on the highway from Ghent. The door was locked even though it closed at 5:30 PM, and no one answered the intercom. Unfortunately, we purchased the tickets online with the date and they were not refunded.
