  • Head down the crypt to see the ancient tombs, and explore the dome for sensational views of the city

Visit this London landmark, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, and experience the soaring architecture and breathtaking atmosphere. Explore the Whispering Gallery, check out the underground Crypt, and head up to the Golden Gallery, 111 meters above London for some amazing views!

There's plenty to fascinate everyone at St Paul's. The World War One Altar Frontal was embroidered by WWI veterans as part of their recovery. Visit the Whispering Gallery at the base of the dome and whisper a sweet nothing into the wall which, thanks to a quirk of construction, can be heard on the other side. The crypt holds the tombs of Lord Horatio Nelson, the 1st Duke of Wellington and Sir Christopher Wren himself.

Through all the builds and rebuilds, there's been a religious building on this spot for over 1,400 years (!) After the Great Fire of London in 1666, Sir Christopher Wren was tasked with creating something truly iconic to span the ages. His peerless creation has stood watch over the city ever since its completion in 1710.

Note: Please note that the Stone and Golden Galleries will be closed until 15 December. During this time, you can reach the Whispering Gallery via a little-used 'secret' staircase, offering new sights of Wren's great design.

What a marvellous place to visit. So serene and peaceful even though the venue was busy with lots of visitors. Cannot believe we have never visited there before. Would recommend a visit for everyone - you really cannot believe you are in the middle of London once you are inside.

I was able to walk straight up to the counter instead of waiting in line to enter. After 60 seconds or less, I explored one of the most amazing places I’ve ever seen! The longer I was there & the more I learned on the audio guide, the longer I wanted to stay & soak up the peaceful & beautiful atmosphere. Don’t miss it while in London!

It couldn't have been simpler... turn up, have your bag checked by the very friendly security guards then up the stairs and into the very short queue (of one) to have the pre paid code scanned and then voila, into St Paul's...! Would certainly recommend.

St Paul's Cathedral is an amazing place to visit. We expected to spend about an hour there and ended up being there for half a day. The Tiqets app for purchasing our tickets, enabling us to fast track the queues was amazing. Will be using this app again in future whenever possible.
