Good
Had a really good tour on the boat. It was very interesting and informative. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great but still worth doing.

Terrible
Awful, was told via email to be there before 16:00. Arrived at 15:20 and everything was locked, had to walk around the pier for 10 minutes looking for help. There was individual inside who just...
Awful, was told via email to be there before 16:00. Arrived at 15:20 and everything was locked, had to walk around the pier for 10 minutes looking for help. There was individual inside who just stared at us, and ignored us even though we tried getting his attention to get assistance. And then we were told the place has closed. We later saw the individual walk away with his bag, and everything was locked.
