- The best times to visit are when the museum opens on weekdays, especially Mondays
- No strollers allowed in the Planetarium, Giant Screen Theater or Butterfly Center (a place to store them while you enjoy the shows or exhibit will be available)
- Selfie sticks, tripods and camera stands are not allowed anywhere
- Service animals are always welcome
- Photography is not allowed in certain exhibitions. Please check for signs by the exhibit entrance for more information or ask the staff
