Ho avuto problemi per arrivarci dato la scarsa segnaletica stradale.Nonostante sia arrivato in ritardo ho avuto il tempo di godermi la visita.Ne vale la pena per quello che rappresenta.

Ho visitato la lanterna nella giornata di Domenica, ed è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole.

Ho visitato la lanterna nella giornata di Domenica, ed è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole.
Tutto molto bello, il percorso pedonale, poco impegnativo ti accompagna alla lanterna con qualche cenno storico lungo il percorso (tempo di percorrenza totale circa 20 minuti camminando con calma).
Prima di accedere al corpo della lanterna, sono presenti un giardino con il vecchio accesso al porto e un museo all'interno del quale si trovano diverse informazioni utili, tra cui una piccola rassegna che riguarda i corpi illuminanti. Dopo queste visite, si sale sulla lanterna affrontando una lunga scalinata. Mia figlia di 9 anni è salita senza alcun problema; a mio avviso, non è adatta per bambini con meno di 5 anni.
Si può salire più o meno fino a metà dell'altezza della lanterna, in cima al primo corpo, dove è presente una balconata che circonda la lanterna, attraverso la quale si può ammirare oltre alla distesa del mar ligure, sia la costa di levante che quella di ponente; oltre ovviamente a tutta la città alle spalle del mare.
Assolutamente positiva come esperienza.
Nonostante fosse domenica non abbiamo trovato molto affollamento.
Segnalo infine la gentilezza del personale alla biglietteria che ha saputo consigliarci per il meglio introducendoci alla visita con qualche cenno storico! Consigliato!!
