Terrible
The customer service was awful. They didn’t talk good English and they told me to go center of Brussels to get my ticket. That mean zero knowledge of technology and online services.

i bought 5 tickets via tiqets the same day as we travelled to bruxelles but the museum was fully booked that day. i still try to get my 100€ back. i don’t know if this will happen as i see now that the tickets are non refundable 😬😤. i will never book tickets with tiqets anymore, especially also because you have first to go to a tourist information office in the city center to get the tickets before you can go to the museum. so we spent a lot of time for nothing … not so funny.
