Insider tip

Although there's a lift to bring you up (but not down!), climbing the tower on foot is much nicer. The windows you pass by offer great views of the Sagrada and the Catalan capital.

Magical. Worth every cent of admission. Try to see it on a bright day when the sun is low to see the best light and color through the stained glass windows.

We avoided the line, were ushered right in. The tower tour was great. Elevator up but many steps to get down.However lots of photo ops on way down.
