  • The price is calculated per vehicle with up to three people, it does not vary if there are only one or two passengers; the fee per vehicle is maintained Maximum of one suitcase per passenger
  • For inbound flights, there's a 60 minute courtesy wait from the time your flight arrives. If you arrive later than 60 minutes please call us on the +34 91 129 34 83 / 613605628 (Whatsapp available)
  • For outbound flights, the time you select on your booking will be honored. If you didn't provide a time, you'll be collected 3 hours before your scheduled flight departs. There's a 15-minute courtesy wait from your chosen hotel pickup time
  • Cancellation is possible until 24 hours before your visit.
  • Rescheduling is possible until 24 hours before your visit.

Terrible
The driver never contacted us or showed up. Had to contact the live chat while at the meeting spot at the airport. Was told to pay for a taxi and I’d be reimbursed. Now waiting for an email to...
The driver never contacted us or showed up. Had to contact the live chat while at the meeting spot at the airport. Was told to pay for a taxi and I’d be reimbursed. Now waiting for an email to tell me my money was refunded. Also… private taxi was about $20 cheaper and super easy to get.
