The bus was quite poor with a lack of commentary in places but there were things of interest. The canal hop on hop off were excellent.

The bus tour was pleasant. It snowed heavily but the bus continued the tour like any other day

It was a great experience all round, the diamond museum was a nice touch too, made me wish I had a few more thousand euros floating about to spend on bling. The bus drivers were really friendly and answered any questions we had. The boat driver didn't check our tickets, but it didn't seem to matter. Great option for getting round Amsterdam, I would definitely recommend this!

The bus and boat tour was great! We had a great time going around the city with all the information provided by the audio guides. The 2 boat routes and 1 bus route cover all the important areas of the city and its quite easy to switch between bus and boat. The only issue I faced was that I had bought 48 hour tickets from the Tiqets website and had received a QR code for the tickets in the email. Not the actual ticket, so there was no way to know what the ticket contained. However, as a precaution, I had also saved a pdf copy of the ticket while booking. The pdf copy mentioned that the tickets are for 48 hour tour, but also said that the validity is 24 hours. I had communicated the same to the Tiqets support immediately. Their support team was quick to respond to my query and mentioned that the tickets are valid for 48 hours and the 24 hour clause is just to indicate the first boarding from time/date of booking and confirmed that the tickets are fine and will work. When the tickets were printed at the tour office, they said the tickets were for 24 hours only. I showed them the chat I had with the Tiqets support team and fortunately they agreed to accept my ticket. Other than this slight glitch, my tour was fantastic. I'd appreciate if someone from the Tiqets team looked into this on priority.
