Experience the beauty of the Algarve's most famous cave with a sunrise SUP tour. Stand up paddleboarding is a simple and complete activity that does not require complex physical preparation, making it a sport that anyone can practice.

Stand up paddleboarding offers several health and wellness benefits and allows you to connect with nature. Blue Xperiences provides a certified level 2 instructor trained at the Asi Academy of Surfing International to teach you everything about safety, good practices, and balance on the big, stable Paddleboard.

The Sunrise tour starts at Benagil beach, away from the crowds and lasts for approximately two hours. You can also capture high-quality photos using a GoPro.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts
The meeting point is located at the Praia De Benagil, at the storage located in front of the snack bar "Benagil Beach Bar", once you have arrived there, ask for Bruno
