It is a breathtaking experience. It was my first zip. Everyone is friendly and they take their time with you. I went at 830am and no line at all. Even for the fearful, take heart and do this one....

We bought for a specific date but it scheduled us for the date bought so it caused confusion at the desk when we got there saying we were a no show. But they were able to reschedule for us. We also found out it was $10 cheaper to just buy it there rather than online
