Explanation about where meeting point was could have been clearer. Could have quite a long wait but once onboard the journey to the city was efficient.

It was a great way to arrive in Venice. The views are beautiful as you travel along the Grand Canal to your drop off point. A map was provided to show me the path I should take once the boat...
It was a great way to arrive in Venice. The views are beautiful as you travel along the Grand Canal to your drop off point. A map was provided to show me the path I should take once the boat dropped me off. However, I had to wait 50 minutes before it left.

Better directions to locate in the terminal , upstairs after exiting arrival area then to the left.
Booking suggested a small group, we had 12 people plus luggage crammed into our water...

Otherwise a great way to access the city.
