The cooking class was fantastic and highly recommended. The team was incredibly friendly and prepared and explained everything thoroughly. The rooms were modern and clean, and delicious wines and other drinks were constantly served. It was a lot of fun, and our paella turned out beautifully, especially the vegetarian version, which was absolutely delicious.
