I booked and paid for your service today for 26 December 2025. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the meeting point (Maria's kiosk), we discovered that it is closed until 28 December 2025. Therefore, through no fault of our own, we were unable to use the service we had booked.
I would therefore like to request cancellation and a refund of the purchase price.
