‘Greeted’ by someone obviously about to finish whose replacement arrived just after us.Were told because wed gone to upper castle first there were no plans or information leaflets. Her only interest was in ensuring we both had an online ticket. We saw/ didn’t encounter any other staff -poor signage meant it was difficult to find our way round or out! Exterior signage also confusing - shop appeared to be closed though it was only 3.00p.m. - thoroughly disappointing.
