一般
I never seem to hear clearly the audio speaker because at the same time I hear the bus motor and other traffic sound. Therefore I was not aware where the bus were driving and when to go out.

The ticket taker at stop 1 on Nov 17th was trying to get English speaking tourists to go to stop 9 and encouraged spanish speaking riders to stay and wait
in line at stop 1!
