We are so disapointed .Never ever anything with this agency.You didn't inform us that we need to pick up tickets in agency with vaucher which we got when we purchased tickets online.After visiting...
We are so disapointed .Never ever anything with this agency.You didn't inform us that we need to pick up tickets in agency with vaucher which we got when we purchased tickets online.After visiting Pompeii we take local bus and we reach start point for visiting Vesuvio crater but we couldn't enter becouse we need to have tickets guy from agency Salvatore was in vicinity and he told to us that we need to pick up tickets in office which is in city.We asked him to request our tickets thru the whats up .Salvatore called lady from office but she said NO.
We was so disapointed bcs. every ticket is 31 euro and you have possibility to buy ticket there thru the app 11 euro ofcourse app is mot working
