It was fun overall especially with kids, but if you were looking for a canal tour or even a tour of the river you won’t get it, you basically just have an all-you-can-eat crepe breakfast while riding on a boat. It was yummy and the views were cool, but no canal and no tour

3 of my family got lost ( my children) and were late for the boat we asked if we could go on the next boat available which was in...
Very unhelpful and uncompromising staff we had a bad experience,
3 of my family got lost ( my children) and were late for the boat we asked if we could go on the next boat available which was in 2 hours we were told we would have to pay 50% of the cost of booking to do this, I feel this is unacceptable as the boat wasn’t full and there were still tickets available on the next boat, this totally ruined our experience and my children lost the money they had paid for the boat trip
