Excellent, very easy to book and use while there. We decided to buy a yrly pass for adult/senior which is 14 months and they refunded my tickets to Osborne House as well.

Only the ground floor open, 2 thirds of the house was shut, the restaurant was shut, the path to the beach was closed, and the only cafe that was open was overrun. What was intended to be a lengthy day out with lunch became 1 hour and we were charged full price.
