The shop was chaos couldn't order any food or pay for just a quick ice cream as only a single till was in operation after 15 minutes queuing we just left other then that I always enjoy a walk...

The reason for my review would be because upon arrival we were expecting to see & pet some lambs, when we arrived we first had issues with service being to access our tickets but were helped along...
The reason for my review would be because upon arrival we were expecting to see & pet some lambs, when we arrived we first had issues with service being to access our tickets but were helped along the way. When we got in, there was little to no animals - understandable due to weather but we weren’t told via email or at front desk nor did we ever get to see & pet some lambs as it was not on today. I think a great way to improve would be if there is going to be less animals out on a certain day and or time to let people know beforehand as we had to travel out, otherwise we made the most of it.
