The museum was amazing, but be aware the app will you tickets for a different city, I was in Chicago but for some reason the app showed the same show but in St. Augustine Florida, I contacted...
The museum was amazing, but be aware the app will you tickets for a different city, I was in Chicago but for some reason the app showed the same show but in St. Augustine Florida, I contacted customer service and no one was able to help!!! Luckily the lady at the front desk allowed me to use those tickets.

the audio tour is totally worth it. excpet it is very annoying when people arent using headphnes cause you hear numerous other audiotours going on at the same time

The ghost esperience is very cheesy but fun. They dont explain how it works tho so it was very confusing
the miniatures are amazing
