Carlos, our guide, was great. We very much enjoyed his talks. Initially, the tour bus was 35 minutes late, although we did get updates on the new arrival times every 10 ish mins. The journey to Italica was not far, and the coach was very nice and new. You could leave your jacket and bags on it (we didn't) Italica was very much worth the visit if you have an interest in history, you will love it as we do.
Italica was full of school tours, but this did not detract, as large groups seemed to walk around very separately. The Monastery was beautiful and also worth the visit, I would say the tour was 75% italica and 25% Monastery.

Excellent tour. Out guide was very knowledgeable about what we were seeing as well as other history of the time. The tour was a good length. Some of the site is reproductions but very suitable and you could go very close to the authentic remains.

Our guide, Alberto, was excellent. He was able to bring life to the ruins in a uniques way! He also encouraged and answered all our questions!
