We had a great experience! Definitely worth every penny. We loved our driver Jimbo and we’re very disappointed when we were forced to change trolleys in the middle of our tour. Overall tho, we had a great time!

Very easy to get on and off at the different stops. Drivers are very good at describing the history and details. They are also very pleasant and helpful!

Pick up times and places were misrepresented. Was left stranded at a stop while on phone with them. Cancelled second day prior to time deadline but they did not do that. The actual Tour said... 显示更多

Pick up times and places were misrepresented. Was left stranded at a stop while on phone with them. Cancelled second day prior to time deadline but they did not do that. The actual Tour said could only get refund through Tigets as they are a third party vendor. Their customer service offered a 10% discount which was inappropriate since they had already sent that when I first bought. No help from customer service, escalation to their management responded “No, but could use at a later date”. I’m a visitor, not a local. Would not recommend. Should have used hotel concierge as they said they could have gotten refund directly, but not through a third party. I know better next time.
