Requires downloading an additional app to play the audio. I didn’t want to download an additional app to play the audio guide. I’ve already got enough apps on my phone.i didn’t use it today but i have a year to go back and make use of it.

I didn’t use the audio guide today, mainly because it requires downloading an additional app. No issues with the tickets. I used the pdf download instead of the app. Otherwise, seamless access today.
