My 7-year old daughter and I enjoyed Bubble Planet! It had enough fun exhibit/rooms to make the experience worth it. Also, the ballon and ball pit rooms were pretty epic.

Fun and immersive experience, but awful customer service! Unwarranted hostile and impolite staff interactions. Would not recommend. The hostility I endured tainted my experience.

My experience was horrible. This attraction was a huge disappointment and, in several areas, felt unsafe for both kids and adults. There were no actual bubbles anywhere throughout the entire exhibit, which was very misleading. My friends and I noticed multiple safety issues during the experience, and the staff in the light and mirror section were rude and unhelpful. In the final room, we almost slipped and tripped due to the poor conditions. To make things worse, the bathrooms were filthy. Overall, this was a poorly maintained environment and not suitable for children or families at all.
