I am very pleased, as stated by Tiqets site. all I had to do is get to the gate show our tickets on my phone and we were in. We took the express option and they gave us our pass at the gate.

Service isn't very frequent, the two route timings don't align so there is wasted time between connections and it's not great value considering the high price
