Rosa was a wonderful host, and the entire experience was warm, inviting, and truly authentic. Her spouse assisted throughout the class as a translator and shared fascinating historic insights about Italy that added so much depth to the experience. They thoughtfully explained why each dish was chosen and guided us through every step. Both were incredibly patient and kind with my eight-year-old son, who had an absolute blast cooking alongside us. The meal was one of the best home-cooked meals I’ve ever had. I left inspired and cannot wait to return—and recreate these dishes for my family at home.

a wonderfully fun, friendly, enjoyable experience with really nice people. The food we learned to prepare was delicious and we fully enjoyed the experience. Will definitely do again.
