Very unusual experience. I have booked in advance several emblematic objects in Rome: Coliseum, Roman forum, Pantheon, Vatican museum, Saint Peters basilica,Saint Angelo castle. I booked for whole family. As explained at website I've booked not only the places, but time slots, where necessary. Confirmation arrived. Arriving at Rome, Coliseum and Roman forum was almost as expected. Later on, my experience was terrible. The very next day of our trip I tried to visit Roman Pantheon. I followed the instructions and visited the office of the Tickets near Piazza Navonna. That was absolutely unacceptable. Buying something, pay for it and must rearrange your visit. Amazingly, the person behind the desk explained that my booked tickets are not confirmed. Not only for the Pantheon, but Vatican, St. Peter Basilica. Disaster.Only Saint Angelo was OK. On my question, how it is possible, when I have confirmed date and time slot for exact date, they explained nothing. When the conversation warmed up, the manager appears and passionately cooperate to reschedule all my bookings. Actually I had not other option to follow her instructions, because all previous information wasn't actual. Thanks to her we've successfully visited Vatican museum and At. Peter Basilica. We missed Pantheon, because the mess of the company, which obviously sells more tickets than the museum can menage per day. Absolutely not reliable deal got. Very disappointed. May be there is point of no return. Too many tourists - lack of respect, greedy and unfriendly staff. Except the lady in the office. Do not recommend, If you expect your precious holiday to be ruined. By the way, at St. Peter Basilica I had to return from the entrance to the meeting point, because the arrogant guy with hat sent me nowhere, asking to join a group. I have never had a group. It was a family visit. We lost our que and went to Vatican wall, to meet our guide. She joined and together went to the same que at entrance. No fast track, nothing. Absolutely lost time. You have an amazing city with our of Earth culture, but that was too much. Wish you luck Roma!
