When I first came at the selected time from the ticket it turned out that the bar is not functioning and is closed, after talking to the staff I found out that I can come the next day for the same ticket. When the next day I came there was no possibility to enter the ice zone about which I was not informed before entering or at all about the reason for the refusal. Also came out that I paid the whole price for sitting in the transition and drinking one drink. In general, I am not satisfied with the whole experience
