Teatr Waltera Kerra - informacje
W 1921 roku dom Walter Kerr Theatre został otwarty pod pierwotną nazwą The Ritz. Należący do Shubertów i zaprojektowany przez Herberta J. Krappa, miał być siostrzanym teatrem dla Ambassador Theatre.
Od 1939 roku CBS i ABC wykorzystywały tę przestrzeń do nagrywania programów radiowych i telewizyjnych. W latach 70-tych został przekształcony z powrotem w kino, ale został przywrócony do legalności w 1983 roku. Obecni właściciele, Jujamcyn Theatres, wydali miliony na odrestaurowanie teatru w 1990 roku i od tego czasu odbywają się w nim udane przedstawienia na Broadwayu.
