Very disappointed been a mistake made on booking that never got rectified before coming on holiday and had to get our own transport to the park even though we had purchased transport within the ticket price to then take nearly 2 hours sorting it ourselves! Been refused a partial refund for transport even though it was the company's mistake. However the park was amazing and well worth the money when we eventually got into it thanks to the lovely staff at xenses!

Really fun theme park. Very well thought out and creative ideas for a sensory experience. Felt high quality and immersive- suitable for adults and children. A couple of the experiences could have been longer - the zip line and water slide were really really short but were still brilliant fun. Great day out, there was time to do everything twice!
