My husband and I went to the Massimo Opera House "Tiqets". Helpful tip go to Gate 3 (left side) to check in. Do not purchase audio guide since only "guided" tours are allowed. We wasted money on THAT purchase. Tour was very interesting and you can imagine what it was like in its heyday. Opera house is in need of very careful restoration. That being said, highly recommend.
