We enjoyed the guided tour at the Alcazar today. The guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We walked around the Cathedral ourselves.

The app works well and easy to choose and buy Tickets. However they are expensive compared to buying direct. Expect to pay an extra £10pp for the privilege.
