The link emailed did not take us to any app. We tried speaking to people there but they wouldn't help us as we didn't but from Kew site.
Waste of money.

Had to Google where to listen to it, managed to find the app... Eventually.

Paying for that service was a complete waste of money. Didn't work and corroborated by KG staff who said there were problems with the service. But KG was wonderful and the staff really helpful
