Just booked 5 pers for a trip to Schilthorn on 8 April 2024. We found extremely annoying that the QR code on the tickets were not recognised by the code readers. Had to ask manual interventions at all stations, creating delays. We had QR code on the reservation tickets as well as pdf version. All the same so not recommended to use Tiqets.

Wouldn't recommend purchasing through tiqets as they almost didn't accept them. They wouldn't scan ( neither do the tickets bought from Swiss companies). They only just converted them to their own... 더 보기

Wouldn't recommend purchasing through tiqets as they almost didn't accept them. They wouldn't scan ( neither do the tickets bought from Swiss companies). They only just converted them to their own tickets after a long discussion with their colleagues and after I showed them the email and app as well as printing them out. They asked where they had come from as they had never seen them from this company before. Experience was good but wouldn't buy from here again.
