It's not a huge place...but it was incredible! The intricate details in the floor, walls, and ceiling (in the really high ceiling room) was breathtaking. And the sculptures of Dawn and Dusk were 🤯

So glad we did this. We got the audio and think it made the experience even better. There was a lot of good info and the princess chapel alone was magnificent to see.

It was easy to "skip the line". I had a booking for 2pm and although I waited in the fast track line, I was in the chapel by 2. The chapel is nice to visit - a lot of history and different floors...

메디치 예배당 소개
메디치 예배당은 르네상스의 대부분을 차지하고 대대로 피렌체 공화국을 통치했던 메디치 가문을 위해 지어졌다. 이 두 예배당은 산 로렌초 대성당 (Basilica of San Lorenzo) 에 속하는데, 이 성당은 서기 4세기로 거슬러 올라간다.
메디치 가문의 49명의 장례식 장소일 뿐만 아니라, 이 예배당에는 미켈란젤로의 가장 아름다운 조각상 세 점이 있다.
