It’s an amazing experience which should not be missed if you’re visiting Zurich. The tour is very informative and you are given a little audio player, you scan the gold whisk at every station and the audio player explains all the history and the processors of how the coco bean is grown, stored, transported and made into chocolate. We absolutely loved it 10/10 experience
