Visited SummitOne Vanderbilt. Purchased tickets through Tiqets because they were the best price and Tiqets is very easy and efficient for purchasing experiences. SummitOne Vanderbilt was a big let down probably because this was our 4th Observation experience and the other 3 were very good, no queues, very efficient at getting us into the venues. SummitOne was very slow right from the start. We had to watch a short show about how it came to be built but they only let around 10 people in at a time. Then long delays while we had to take our photos for later retrieval if we wanted them, then another queue for the lift which took about 10 people up at a time. So, by the time we got to the viewing deck we were very fed up. I think it might be good for people with children but not for us. It was the waiting and queueing which spoiled it, when we hadn't had that at any of the attractions visited during this whole week. I think this was because the entry procedure at SummitOne was poor.

Bought Go City Pass for 4 attractions and bought SummitOne Vanderbilt on top because its not included in the pass. Saved around £20, so worth doing. Very easy to use, downloaded the App which has... 더 보기

Bought Go City Pass for 4 attractions and bought SummitOne Vanderbilt on top because its not included in the pass. Saved around £20, so worth doing. Very easy to use, downloaded the App which has the passes in, then booked the 4 attractions 7 or 10 days before as required. We had no trouble using the passes and would not hesitate to buy Go City passes again for other cities if cost effective.
