I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! Big disappointment as we bought guided tours for both Bran Castle and Peles Castle with this company over the web, received the directions to meet with the guide, then went there and no guide appeared for either. We went to the “meeting point” in Bran, which was supposed to be their office, only to find out they closed that office years ago. At Peles, we got to talk on the phone with a guide who essentially told us that we completely have no idea what we bought and insisted that we only bought standard tickets, not guided tickets, and we should contact Tickets.com because, if we got guided tours information, that is Tickets.com’s fault. We did get standard tickets via what’s up from them but that delayed us because the standard tickets they sent were to enter at 11 AM and we waited for the guid, per instructions, at 12 PM, next to the fountain, in front of the Palace. I only used Tickets.com once. I do not believe I can trust them again with my business. Also, did I mention it was close to 100F that day?
