Very enjoyable cruise. The MC. of the boat gave us alot of background on the sights we were seeing.

My departure date was switched to a date that did not work for us with no justification. I then rescheduled to a date that worked. A new e-ticket and email confirmation was sent out. When we arrived at the ticket booth 30 min before as instructed, the ticket agent said there is no record of our booking. I asked her to scan the e-ticket and she said they have no scanner. I asked her to look up the confirmation number and she said it did not exist. She had to re-create the booking which took a long time. By the time we got on the boat, all the window seats were taken and we were seated by the dance floor (middle of boat). I had to convince one of the hosts to allow us to sit closer to the window for a nice view. I paid $438 for a dinner cruise for two and sitting in the middle was not worth it. I could have stayed in old Quebec and had a very nice dinner somewhere else for that cost. Eventually, when other guests did not arrive, we were allowed to move seats closer to the window. It a lovely dinner and cruise once we were moved but this was all quite an ordeal!
