Excellent. Valarie was very informative about the castle's history and architecture. She skillfully interjected humor into her explanations making the learning and listening enjoyable.

Irina was a fantastic tour guide! She was superb, friendly, witty and really brought the palace to life. It was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend going on one of her tours!
