Although we were disappointed because only the first level of cable car was operating due to weather conditions, Renata our guide was lovely and helped us enjoy the rest of the day. Very knowledgeable and well spoken, she kept us entertained during the trip.

Overall good. One negative was not accurate communication about "ticket". QR code was a valid ticket but in email communication it was mentioned that we have to exchange it for paper ticket.... もっと見る

Overall good. One negative was not accurate communication about "ticket". QR code was a valid ticket but in email communication it was mentioned that we have to exchange it for paper ticket. This costed us 45 minutes due to long queue.
