We had a very bad experience. We searched Magic Bar in Tromso on Google and we found this intermediary as first. We didn't notice that it was for Ice Bar at Lofoten...we noticed it immediately as...
We had a very bad experience. We searched Magic Bar in Tromso on Google and we found this intermediary as first. We didn't notice that it was for Ice Bar at Lofoten...we noticed it immediately as we received the tickets. Although we contacted Tiqets.com and the company directly for finding a solution, we had to pay a new entry entirely for visiting the bar in Tromso and we had no refound. We had the fimal confirmation of that just a few minutes before the scheduled time of entrance and all the situation was very frustrating. It was a 4x2 drinks experience and with the fact we were sure we couldn't use the voucher, we expected at least a partial if not complete refound.
