Excellent
Excellent drive up...well organised hike and really spectacular views of and from the rim. Full marks to the driver for a very tricky ascent!

Terrible
I would have enjoyed it had it got there. Due to train strikes I couldn't get there as wasn't able to get a refund or change the date. TIQETS customer service was terrible in assistance.

Excellent
Easy to book, and nice drivers. Although it was never mentioned that starting from Naples there would be an intermediate change onto a bigger bus in Herculaneum.
