Terrible
We have booked tickets for 2 entrances, but in fact visited one only. Any staff didn’t give any help to check where is 1 entrance. And asked to send message to chat. Don’t buy tickets thru thus...

Meeting point easy to find. The host guided us to enter palace+harem es planned. The audio guide to download was a great help to understand this historical place.
