The museum itself and the train are excellent so people should definitely visit. What was very frustrating is we go their on time for 3.30pm and told to go to the train first - which took 35 mins...

Rail Mail lots of fun for younger guests. Enjoyed the Sorted! Play area. Great for ages 5 and under. Older kids might be a bit bored.

Good museum that probably means more to those who can remember many of postal services provided that were not just parcels and letters. Some interest for under 11 year old but they will enjoy Rail mail.

About: The Postal Museum
The Postal Museum is a new museum run by the Postal Heritage Trust, which covers five centuries of history through the eyes of its iconic postal service. The museum, which opened in 2017, takes visitors on a journey into Britain's amazing social and communications history. There is also an underground train ride through a 100-year-old train network.
It is easy to reach from Farringdon, Chancery Lane, Russell Square and Charing Cross tube stations.
